Congregation
We are a United Church of Christ congregation of folks who are:
- predominantly gay, lesbian, bisexual, trangendered (GLBT)
- open-minded and straight
- mainly in the 20-50 age group
- balancing work, raising families, taking care of aging parents AND volunteering
- influenced by a variety of religious denominations
- healing from having been hurt in other churches
- heavily influenced by Catholic ritual in our Sunday worship
- committed to an active Sunday school program for our children
- challenged by God's call to do the work of justice, reconciliation, and peace in the world
- striving to be rooted in prayer, worship and contemplation
