Building Rental
Thank you for your interest in renting space at Spirit of the Lakes. To determine if your event fits the criteria for renting space at Spirit of the Lakes, please review the "Policies Regarding Space Use" carefully. If you meet the requirements and you can agree to fulfill the expectations outlined for all renters, please contact the office manager to discuss the availability of rental dates and associated rental fees. The fee for rental varies according to the size of the group, the amount of time the space will be rented, and the type of event that will take place. A damage deposit, equivalent to one half the rental fee, will also be required. The damage deposit will be refunded provided the responsibilities for using the space are fulfilled.
